Rowley, Bushue & Company, LLP is a full-service accounting firm located in Michigan City, Indiana on the shores of Lake Michigan and between Chicago and South Bend. The Partners
Mark T. Rowley, CPA
Mark is the managing partner of the firm he founded in 1992. Under his direction, the Firm has grown to provide a full range of accounting, tax and consulting services throughout Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan and the greater Chicago area. Mark has developed the Firm’s managerial accounting services which are designed to handle the diverse needs of closely-held businesses. In addition to providing accounting skills in the areas of assurance and tax services, Mark specializes in understanding the complexities of the construction and automotive dealership industries. Prior to founding the Firm, Mark worked as a senior audit manager at a regional accounting firm for eleven years. Mark is an active allied member of the Automotive Dealers Association of Indiana, Inc. and carries a membership with the Institute of Business Appraisers. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the National Automobile Dealers Association. Mark graduated cum laude with a BBA in accounting from Western Michigan University in 1981.

Gary D. Bushue, CPA
Gary is the partner in charge of the Firm’s tax department and personnel recruitment. Gary worked as a senior tax manager for a regional accounting firm for four years and at a big four accounting firm for seven years before joining Mark Rowley in 1996. Throughout his career, Gary has specialized in providing tax services to closely-held businesses, including tax and estate planning and transaction planning. Gary serves on the board of directors of the Regional Development Company, a not-for-profit administrator of the Small Business Administration 504 loan program. Gary also serves as president of the Open Door Health Center, a not-for-profit free clinic for uninsured people in LaPorte County staffed by volunteers and supported by private donations. He maintains memberships in the Duneland Exchange Club, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Illinois CPA Society. Gary earned his Master’s degree in taxation from DePaul University in 1994 and his BS in accounting from Illinois State University in 1984.

Cindy E. Weber, CPA
Cindy has over 20 years of audit and tax experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, service, construction, real estate development, governmental, and not-for-profit, representing clients located throughout the Calumet region. Cindy’s experience includes consulting on various accounting, tax and general business issues for clients ranging from $5 million to $150 million in annual sales. She currently serves as the partner in charge of financial reporting, and is active in the firm’s recruiting, training and counseling of professional staff. Prior to joining Rowley, Bushue & Company, LLP, she spent twelve years with a big ten accounting firm headquartered in Northwest Indiana. Cindy graduated with a BS in accounting from Indiana State University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society. She currently serves on the board of directors of the City of Portage Board of Public Works, the Northern Indiana Arts Association, and the Northwest Indiana Entrepreneurship Selection Committee.
